I've inherited a workflow which sends alerts users an overdue reminder on a task. The alert is CC'ing someone's manager into the alerts and I can't see where it's picking her name up from? How could I find out? I've clicked on the link in the alert email and the Workflow Progress. I click on the Flexi task highlighted and can't see anything in the CC field, also the message the manager gets doesn't correspond to any alert messages I can see in the workflow?
