I have a simple form with 3 columns (field) created as Managed Metadata column – named as the validation I wanted
1. Team with required in column - no validation
2. Department with rule validation and not required on column no validation
3. Team with validation in Control settings and not required on column validation
How can I use Nintex to validate if the managed metadata field are emty
