i have a workflow that deletes the list item following rejection of a flexi task. The task is assigned to multiple people and the setting is first response applies to all. The problem I'm having is that the only associated task in the workflow task list that gets updated is the one for the person who rejects, the otheroom remain as pending . despite there being a few other actions after the flexi task and the deletion I think the issue is that the item is being deleted before the flexi task has a chance to update all associated tasks as not required.
Any ideas how I can overcome this. I've looked at pause until but I can't seem to see how to configure it correctly (is there any guidance on this anywhere I'm missing?)
