How to Configure SMTP Server (outgoing mail) from a K2 Machine

Hi All,

 

Firstly I want to send a e-mail from the Workflow to a designated email address.

 

I tried it by providing hardcode email address in the send email activity control in the workflow. But there was not good sign of receving email to my designated e-mail address.

 

So, I tried to configure SMTP Server (Outgoing mail) by providing "Server Name" and "Port No" of Organization.

 

But there was no luck...!!!

 

Please help me asap.

Hi NishShah

 

You will need to ensure you have set your SMTP connections correctly. Use the ConnectionStringEditor.exe found in the K2 blackpearlHost ServerBin folder to create or edit the connection strings.
