Hey ‌,

what do you mean with "web content"? Like pages or documents?

This is something I've been thinking about a lot, ‌ -- I work for an intranet company and we're often asked about how to best review lifecycles of content on their intranet.

I think it might be great to use a workflow as follows:

1) Make sure all of your libraries / lists (including page libraries, documents - have an "Review Date" column that is required and filled in when created.

2) Create a site workflow that runs every Monday and uses Search Query to find "Review Date"s across the site that are expiring within the upcoming week.

3) ??? Profit. Put this data into a list, send a notification to individual owners, send a list of owners and links to the items to managers ... whatever makes sense.

I really want to create this at some point.

Hey Latanya Fisher‌,

in addition to the answer by Rhia Wieclawek‌, here's a great article by Cassy Freeman‌ that describes how to implement the kind of site workflows that have been mentioned before:

That's a great one for a single library, definitely!
