Lazy Approval Issues

Hello Community,

 

I am having issues with Lazy Approval. I have set everything up correctly inside SharePoint 2013. When i go to test it inside Exchange when i click reply i get We won't be able to deliver this message to <lazyapproval> email, because the email address is no longer valid.

 

Has anyone ran across this and know how to fix it.  This is first time using Lazy Approval with workflows.

1) Installed Feature to Server

2) Configured SMTP

3) Setup Incoming and Outgoing Email on SharePoint Center Admin

4) Nintex Setup the Global Settings, and Lazy Approval Settings

Hi Kevin,

Check the email address in the error message. Are there any spaces, before or after, in that address which might be different from the address you setup for lazy approval.
