Perform operations on Multiple People or Group fields

Hello Guys,

I am very new to Nintex and will need assistance working on fields with entries of People or Group type. I will appreciate a step-by-step guide on how to remove the value of one People or group field column (Say one entry) from another that has multiply entries.
