1) How to retrieve workflow serial number after tringgering the workflow

Hi smartk2boy
The serial number is not created from the workflow itself, but from the activities in the workflow. The serial number itself is composed of 2 numbers, the process instance id and the activity destination instance id. Both of these identifiers are found in the content browser when you are in the activity wizard.
