i would like to check if when a user replied "Rejected" in his email back to the approval manager and added some explanation as comment inside. Would i able to verified those comment in the email beside the "Rejected" word? Or is there any other way that i can do like capture? Cause i may need to store those comments to the database if the users wrote.

I would like to find more information. The url's did not lead me to an answer.
Like the original email. I would like to have a user type reject in an email followed by a response.
For example
Reject I did not like the request

Unfortunately there is no out of the box way to do this. It is possible through code, which would require custom configuration.
