I have an account in my K2 Server with admin privleges,
I can access to K2 Studio and K2 Workspace, but to K2 Designer the system tell me
An error occurred trying to authenticate the user.
Is mandatory give authorization to my user to access to K2 Designer, and if yes, where i need to do

Can you attach an image of the error, what happens if you navigate to the designer from IIS.
Make sure that the site is trusted. go to Internet settings then security
Which K2 blackpearl version are you currently on?
Are you able to browse to the WindowSTS web application successfully?

Hi Juan,
Some additional troubleshooting steps:
Is your account on the same Domain as the K2 service account?
Is it possible to rdp into the K2 server as the k2 service account and see if you can get to K2Designer?
Does it work if you try to get to K2Designer as the K2 SmartForms App Pool Identity Account?
