While trying to move a file from an onprem SharePoint site to a SharePoint online site we've noticed that the metadata of the document is not held during this action. I know you can carry metadata using the 'Fields' section of the 'Office 365 Upload a File' action but some field types such as 'Person or Group' or the document content type either throw an error or are just not carried with the document to the SharePoint online site. Can anyone advise on the best way to approach this issue?
