Office 365 Lazy Approval email response issue

Hello Everyone,

At the moment there is a strange issue on our NINTEX workflow with Lazy Approval enabled in office 365 it is actually working properly no issue at all with the workflow

but the Issue that i found out is that there was only one approver that doesn't apply any of her email response for lazy approval on every task he received.

but the other approvers are all good in approving their task thru lazy approval.

I have checked its permission and I already gave her the full contol access but still nothing happens when she approves using email response with lazy approval.

Hope somebody could help me with this issue.

Try the following in this order:

Remove the user from the site and add them back

Remove the user from the list and add them back

Ensure the user is added to the correct group for approving

Edit the workflow and republish it

Ensure the user isn't changing anything with the subject line of the lazy approval emails.

I have tried this option but it didn't work I already request support for NINTEX regarding this issue and we are still troubleshooting on this concern.
