Here is my actual workflow set up.
I have two workflows acting on the same document library:
1) starts when an item is created and message is sent out to the user that an item is created.
2) starts with a condition, where if the document in the root of the library is updated and sends an email that a document is updated.
since these are two workflows acting on the same library, is this the reason why Nintex is sending two emails? please help!!
Do you have to fill properties of the document after uploading it?
I mean, once you've upload the document, first mail is sent. And if you saved properties prompted after the document was uploaded, it will process an update and then, will send the second mail.
Does i correspond to your case?
Please check the workflow history of your library item and see if both workflows have been running. If so, it's normal you get two mails.
Or do you get the same mail twice?
