Hi,

It seems that this has been requested on uservoice, I suggest adding a vote.

Allow SharePoint spell checking to be turned off so that built in browser/OS spell check can be used – Customer Feedback…

jQuery has a spell checker you can try and include (classic forms only). It requires an ASP.NET IIS Website to run, so you should be fine as you're using SharePoint.

Hi,
When opening a Nintex form in edit mode I do see the Spelling button in the ribbon and it gives me the number of errors when actioned like it does for a Sharepoint native form. However terms with erros are not flagged making it impossible to know what has been detected.
Is this expected behaviour due to Nintex forms limitation ?

Thanks

I figured it actually works on a default nintex form but not on my custom one for plain text fields as the link to the dictionnary is not visible on top of the fields. It must relate to formatting or use of custom font. It however flags the errors correctly when using ehanced rich text column type.

Our users are requesting this now too.
