Symptoms

Installing VS 2015 in a non-default location confuses the installer and causes failure to install the K2 components for VS 2015.

Diagnoses

Workaround:

1. Copy all folders from the 'IDE' folder in C:Program Files(x86)Microsoft Visual Studio 14.0common7IDE to your non default locationcommon7IDE folder for example to: C:VS2015Common7
2. Run the Blackpearl Setup manager and perform a configure on Blackpearl.

Resolution

A TFS item has been logged for the request of the non-default location to be picked up by the installer.
