In K2 worklist webpart the wrong workflow is being shown to the user. This workflow is not assigned to user and user can't open it but still he can see it. Is it know bug in the web part or something else is needed to be checked.

Is this user a part of any groups that are set to desination users? It is possible that he does not have view/participate rights for the workflow but he is in a group that is being sent the worklist item.
Also can you give us some more background information on this? Is this happening on one workflow? Is it only at one event that this user receives the worklist item in their worklist.
Also check and see if the user has this item in their workspace worklist. If they do not see it in workspace but it is on the K2 worklist web part then this may in fact be a bug. I would then suggest that you contact K2 Support and log a ticket.

Worklist webpart... sp2010 or sp2013? sp2013 uses the smartforms worklist control.
If its the worklist control, make sure the worklist has a filter set on the worklist item status. (e.g. status not equal sleep)

Checked the Out Of Office setting and this user was configured against a user whom the workflow have been assigned. Removed that Out Of Office setting and now it's working fine.
