Display Hyperlink field in an email

Using Nintex Forms, I have a hyperlink column that gets populated with the URL and the text to display. Once the form is complete Nintex approval workflow is started that sends an email for approval. In that task notification email i want to place the link to the URL but display the "text to display" that was entered into the form.

So in the email want to display Data BCN 242 and it have it link to the address entered into "type the web address". How do i accomplish this?

Hi Anna,

It seems that there's no direct way to do this.

You could use a workflow variable in order to get the "Text to display" side of the BCN Data field.

Then, in the workflow task notification builder, insert a link set as below :
