Nintex Mobile Connection issues after version upgrade

Hello,

We are facing a Nintex mobile connection issue after upgrading to 4.2.3. We are using Microsoft Live account to connect and when user Signs out of the app and re-logs in, the following error is shown.

Under settings, it shows the Microsoft Accounts are in error. Although, we have tried to update the Sign-In details, the error message goes away for a second before it shows up again.

I can see that the Live services on Central admin is still Enabled.

Could anyone share on the cause of this issue and how to resolve this please?

I am also getting this error as are other members of my team. Should I contact Nintex support for this issue or is there a fix that the community knows about?
