Hi All,

Our administrator who manages the workspace is not available, And we have an access for the K2 Database. Can anyone suggest how we can provide workspace rights(Export rights) to a new user from backend?

And also can someone suggest in which k2 tables we can find the process details?

Regards

Amar

Hi Amar,

This procedure is not recommended and is not supported by K2, I suggest to contact K2 and ask them for possible solutions about this issue.

What if you log into the K2 Workspace using the K2 Service account .  Typcially the K2 Service account has admin permissions at the K2 Server level and then you could add another user to perform K2 Server administrative tasks.

Thanks for reply....

we will try to login with the service account and provide the required access.

Can any one suggest in which K2 table we can see the processes(Which are deployed) details?

Hi Amar,

Answering your second question, you can access a vast amout of report/detail information in regards to processes and procecsses instances through SmartObject tester and prebuilt SmartObjects whcih correspond to different K2 databases.

Please check the following folders in your SmartObject tester:

SmartObject Explorer > System > Reports

and

SmartObject Explorer > Workflow Reports
