cant publish workflow is not activated for this web application

I am new to Nintex and Sharepoint

I am trying to publish nintex workflow to sharepoint 2013 document library but It showing the error.

I activated the nintex from the Central Administration but still not working!

and looked for other solution but there is none.

I created a new workflow in different document library but got the same error.

what is wrong ? =(

Try running again the installation wizard

My boss checked "All content web applications" box in the Web Application activation and its working fine now.

I am using sharepoint 2013 and nintex 2013.

what installs wizard? SharePoint or Nintex?
