ViewFlow fails to load

I mistakenly posted this to the K2.net 2003 forum.  It should be here in the K2 blackpearl forum:


We are struggling with an issue launching the Viewflow of a process from the K2 Workspace.  When drilling into the "Process Overview" reports for a process that has been completed, we click on the icon to launch the ViewFlow and the separate browser window fails to display anything.  All other information, such as process data and auditting information is available.


When opening the log files for K2 blackpearl, I see the following error numerous times:


"GeneralErrorMessage", "K2Sql.ViewProcInst", "1 Index was outside the bounds of the array."


 Is there any troubleshooting tips that someone can offer, or do I need to do a "repair" or clean install of the server components?

Hi Rob,


Just a though, did you try to clean up your K2 completed or running instances manually on the DB?

No, I did not intervene at the DB level for any of the process instances.

Does anyone have other thoughts?  Or is this a "repair" to the installation? 


Or, does someone have insight on which DB table/record could be out of synch that can be remedied manually?
