Hi,
The email event on the workflow cannot resolve the email address to display the display name set in our Active Directory.
For example we put pss@support on the FROM field on the K2 Studio Email Event and the notifications is sent, the FROM field displays just the SMTP email address. It should display 'PSS Support'
But on the K2 studio SmartForm Client Event it resolves correctly the SMPTP email address pss@support and displays 'PSS Support'
Some of our users are confuse when receiving notifications. Any work around on this issue?
Environment: Exchange 2007, Windows Server 2008, K2 BlackPearl 4.6.8
Any help will be appreciated.
