Here is a screen shut of IT Security Incident in production, you see how nicely the Form fits into the White box in the middle. The second screen shut is from test environment and seems like the middle white box is smaller in the test environment.
Why after importing the nintex workflow has my form changed in size?

Do you have access to the Nintex Form Designer? If so, open the form in both environments and go under "Settings" - there you can see if the form designer width are set to the same values.

Why won’t these setting be maintained in the restore and republishing the workflow in the test environment?

Hi Nintex,
The settings are the same on both forms.
Something on the page content must be changed. The size of the white box in the middle of the page in the test environment does not match with the production, same as the size of the left column in test doesn’t match with production.
How can the setting be changed from a SharePoint backup and restore and nintex import and export?

Are you using any custom CSS that exists in prod that doesn't exist in dev?

Hi Nafiseh,
I have not heard back from Nintex about the two Nintex forms having different sizes after we did the import.
I will let you know when I hear from them.
