Direct Manager did not receive email from work list item

Hi


I deployed Leave Request smart object and workflow process to k2 server, but after when I fill data and click  Employee form


Direct manager did not received any email   from worklist


 


In k2 work space I checked  worklist item created and its status is Available.


 


Please   check the attached file ,I run the setup manager to configure Exchange Server , I entered valid exchange server ,mailbox , and webservice, and I added rights also in exchange server


To k2 Install user as per help document, 



i received this error.


The k2 blackpearl setup manger was unable to validate exchange server information.
this could be that the Exchange server is unavaliable or the logged on users doest
not have permissions to query the srver.


-storage group
-mailbox database
-exchange web services


 


Please guide my anything I missed.

Hi, 


For the exchange mailbox you are using, is it tagged to the K2 service account? If no, try creating a mailbox for your K2 service account and ensure that the email reflects in the K2 service account's AD profile. When you re-run the setup manager, select the option to use the K2 service account in the exchange setup screen. You should be able to resolve the EWS url by clicking on the button besides the field. If this works, everything should work for you from there on.
