Missing Document Generation Action

I installed the latest upgrades for Workflow and Forms and cannot locate Document Generator in the workflow actions on libraries or lists. Our licensing is through 3/29/17 and we have Enterprise on a 2013 SharePoint server. I have tried deactivating and reactivating all of the Site Features related to Nintex and also all the requirements in the upgrade document online. is there something I am missing?

Hello,

in order to let document generation show up you need to do two further things in central administration.

Make sure document generation is activated at all
1. Go to Nintex Workflow Management
2. Go To Nintex Live and external settings
3. Make sure Document generation is activated
Add action as allowed action
1. Go to Nintex Workflow Management
2. Go to Manage allowed actions
3. Find the document generation action in the list.
4. Make sure the box is ticked (disabled by default)
