Give Access to the customer portal and kb articles without being able to issue new licenses for additional users in the company contact list.

the contact user from our company can add additional users to the company contact list to access the kb articles.


 


this is quoted from that thread:


"For the kb article, when your company bought a license to the product, at least one person should have been specified as a contact.  That person can add additional users to the company contact list so they can access the customer portal and kb articles.  I would recommend that kb article first before using the build package."


The question is can we add the users without letting them access the licensing part in the customer portal, the only part we need to access is the kb articles?
