Lookup formula to return Email Address from 'Person or Group' field

Good morning all

I am using this formula to display the user name from a Person or Group filed (Assigned to) in a separate list (Digital Services Task List):

parseLookup(lookup("Digital Services task list", "ID", Task ID field, "Assigned to"))

It returns the user name:

I would also like to display the users email address:

Is there a way to modify my formula to return the EMail value instead of the display name?
