I'm trying to create task reminders and escalation through flexi task, but it won't work, Task notification is working correctly, but reminders and escalation does not.
What might be the problem? see the the following photo:

I did the suggested steps in the link you gave me, but still not working, I'm not sure what the problem is, could it be from some configuration of the SharePoint environment?? or some server updates? because the server is updated recently.
