I'm trying to use REST API and Web Request to GET RoleAssignments but for some reason it's not working for me. I haven't used REST API much so any help configuring the settings will be appreciated.

My goal is to set same permissions on item permission on list # 2 while creating/copying item from list # 1 to list # 2.
This setup is in SP & Nintex 2010
