I have created some workflows for some lists in SharePoint site.
When I tried to click manage workflows with Nintex Workflow as below:
It shows the following error.
I tried to deactivate and active the Nintex Workflow 2013 again. But still has the above issue.
I would like know to fix it and how did I trigger this issue in order to avoid this happen again?

Can you please share the Logs details for the correlation ID? This will help to troubleshoot the issue.

Chaitra, thanks for you quick reply. The problem is due to some configuration are modified. It is fixed now.
