Both Firefox and IE browsers this message appears during Application Use,

is there any way to fix it by not showing the error even to first time users.

Firefox shows the error only one time, and will fix automatically after we added it to exception, but IE browser error message just keep coming back for every use.

Hi,

In IE

  1. Click Tools and select Internet Options
  2. Click the Security
  3. Select "Trusted Sites" icon and set the Security level to "Medium Low".
  4. Close all the Windows. Then open the browser.

wish this helps

I belive the real solution here is to resolve the underlying certificate error.  What certificate is the K2 site in question using and how is it being accessed?

@priya_seh,

This can be a complicated error as there are so many possible problem areas. To troubleshoot please add more information.

What version of K2 is the application built ? What version are the browsers? Is this applicatioin built on Sharepoint? Is the K2 server a single server or are there multiple servers, as there is a seperate K2 server and Sharepoint Server? Are all the servers involved running http or https or a combination? If you run the command "netsh http show sslcert" on your K2 server, do you see the proper up-to-date certificate for port 443?
