One of the Front end SharePoint Servers is throwing an unexpected error message when accessing Nintex Form

Hi All,

One of the SharePoint Front End Web Server is throwing error message when opening Nintex Forms.

It throws following error message:

Sorry, something went wrong

An unexpected error has occurred.

Error message details:

Exception message: The profile for the user is a temporary profile.    Exception stacktrace:

    at Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.Licensing.LicenseHelper.ReadLicenseFileFromDatabase()

    at Nintex.Forms.SharePoint.Licensing.LicenseHelper.ReadLicenseFileFromDatabase(String& userExceptionMessage)
