Issue While adding Users to Sharepoint Group In Nintex Workflow

Hi Everyone,

I am adding group of users to a SharePoint group using Call Web service action in Nintex.

Using "_vti_bin/usergroup.asmx" and selected "AddUserCollectionTOGroup" webmethod.

Provided group name and Userinformation in xml as below format.

<Users>
   <User LoginName="A"/>
   <User LoginName="B"/>

   <User LoginName="C"/>
   <User LoginName="D"/>
</Users>

Issue I am facing is  its adding one user or two or sometime not any one.
We are seeing this issue intermittently. Example sometimes its adding A only. or B only or A and B but not C and D.

I also tried to  use web method AddUserTOGroup tried to add one by one but found same issue by calling 4 webservice actions one by one. Sometimes it adds only user who presents in  4th webservice call not remaining. sometimes it adds 1st werbservice user not remaining.

Please help me.
