At first I didn't realize that when a form is submitted to a document library it is spirited away to the K2 Server. I found it a little odd, that after a form is submitted it leaves no trace in the library that spawned it. I think the Process Portal is a handy idea, and it's certainly nice to roll everything up into one location, but I have a problem I can't seem to solve. How can a user view the current status of their form? Normally, they would be able to view a form in a document library but with the process portal, items not assigned to them are invisible.
What is my best solution to give users a perspective on their active forms. Ideally I would like them to be able to view the form and view the process flow.
