I have created two different work flows, for two different departments, to fulfill a similar need.
I am running into an issue, where the initiators are receiving the first email in the workflow that acknowledges creating the List, but when others update the List, none of the other emails are being received by the initiators. I have added my own email to these other "Send Notifications" and I am successfully getting the update email notifications.
Try removing the tick from "Send individually addressed notifications" to see which e-mail adress Nintex is using for the initiator, if any. Because you will then get the same e-mail as the initiator would have recived.
who exactly is Initiator in your undestanding?
Initiator is an user who started workflow.
so when userA creates an item, and there is a workflow fired automatically, initiatror is userA.
if userB makee update to an item, and there is a workflow that starts automatically on the event, initiator is userB.
if then userC starts the workflow manually, initiator is userC
