I tried to add Hyper-link variable but it not displayed..In my scenario i want to edit the URL and reassign the Edited URL In some Anchor Tag

Thanks for your reply..I forget to say one thing i am using only Nintex Workflow App only I am not using Nintex Form..In Workflow itself how can i add anchor tag..Is this possible to edit the task properties URL
