Creating Workflow for Creating Documents with 2 level of approvals

Hello,

I was hoping to see if anyone has a template or example of a workflow that does the following:

  • A group can submit a request to create a new Desktop Procedure/SOP for a work department.
  • That request gets reviewed by a manager to either approve or reject. (If reject, include reason)
  • If approved, it will send notification to requestor of approval and allow manager to deligate task to anyone.
  • Once completed, document will be submitted to requestor for final approval.
  • If approved, the documemt will be included in the repository. If rejected, allow for manager to include reason and allow assignee to work on task to resubmit for approval.

Seems simple enough and I'm sure I can figure out the details. But I was hoping to see if anyone already has something like this or knows where I can find it. Thanks!

Hi,
Sorry I cant give you an example but I can give you a starting point.
You will need a state machine for this workflow as you want to go back and forth between steps.
