Followed this tutorial: http://help.k2.com/KB001361#

All works fine, but if I run the form again, there are two PDF file entries in the list etc etc and so on if I run again

How can i get it to only show the newest PDF only?

Also, how do I clear out the old PDFs?

To enhance it this example, can I make another view appear after clicking SAVE, and have it display the newly created PDF in a form without the List View? -Just so that I can it look nicer than having a table type view?

Thanks

Hello Sharpharp

You can limit the records displayed by adding a filter that you can set to display records based on current date on your view. Or alternatively you can create a process that will call the PDF id and display only that PDF that has been specified. You can also have a look at releavent PDF documention within K2 which will explain the functionality in detail.

Bear in mind the PDF control itself is a lot learning, so good luck!

Kind regards
