I've got problems with our escalation activity the escalation rule is not executing but the event item executes the method within it. I've tried moving the methods from the escalation to the event and it executes. What causes this error?

Could you provide some more information? For instance are you trying to send an email, do a go to, etc? As well, how are you configuring the time period in which the escalation will fire?

im trying to send an email with specific email addresses and the time period is computed from a C# class and from there it set the values on SetEscalationRule method of K2 and the C# class method returns true statement if the Date computed is a valid Calendar Date. .
