Symptoms

Changes in the name of the smartform doesn't reflect in the URL
 

Diagnoses

Renaming a SmartForm viewform does not rename the system name.
The system name is what is used in building the URL.
The system name cannot be safely renamed.
 

Resolution

Workaround:
In K2 Designer, locate the viewform that you want to rename.
Press the 'Save As' button and name the new viewform the name that you want.
The Name and System name will be the new name.
