I have an issue with my form. The attachments disappear if there is a validation error. I have to reload the attachments when this happens. Is there any way to prevent the attachments from disappearing when there is a validation error?

After considerable checking, it was discovered that I had custom JavaScript on my form. This was somehow causing the attachments to disappear. After removing the JavaScript (it had been put there at some point for printing but wasn't currently being used), the attachments stayed on the form even if there was a validation error.
Hope this helps someone else.
