Problems logging in K2 Mobile APP of IOS

My K2 Five Site is published using Reverse Proxy so that my mobile can access K2.

When I log in via Mobile App, error accours:Could not find the server name.But I can acess the following URLs using Safari on my mobile correctlly:

https://server/autodiscover/autodiscover

https://server/k2api/api/user/current

https://server/k2api/api/worklistitem

https://server/K2api/api/category/Application%20Forms

https://server/workspace

I want to know if the current K2 Mobile APP  support K2 Five

Yes the K2 Mobile app definately supports K2 Five.


 


Have a look at the troubleshooting section in the K2 Documentation:

If none of these helps solve the issue, i would suggest you log a new support ticket for futher assistance.

Thanks Jean,I have read the troubleshooting before and no problem found according to the guide,all the pages shows correctly.But my /k2api page shows like this,is there any problem?
