Hi Theo,

In the Query List action, select all list items and store in a variable the Result Count

Hi Theo,

If you would simply like to know how many items are in a list or library, you can add the Query List action to your workflow, use the collection operation action to count the items and then pass that number along to another system, email, etc.

Example

Here is a link to a Nintex Workflow 2013 version of this workflow: http://1drv.ms/1R9ccLo

Hi Theo,

you have to use the Query list action, and configure the action to query all the items. In the output field, just select "Item Child Count", and set the variable to whatever variable.

Cheers!
