Creating a job on Microsoft SCSM using k2..... >>> Possible?

Hi,

 

Wondering if anyone has any experience of creating a Microsoft SCSM job using K2?

I have a form that is sent and approved, but i'd then like to automatically create an Incident/Job on Microsoft SCSM

Then when the job has been done, get the Manager to complete the Form and automatically close the jon in SCSM as well.

 

Anyone done this? Is it possible?

Can this be done within a K2 Studio Workflow? I send emails etc for approval and sending an email to service desk to manually create the job on SCSM, but it would be a big feather in the K2 cap to automate SCSM job creation and closure.

Hi Sharpharp1,

 

If you can expose it as a smartobject, you should have no issues interacting with it.  This may require a custom service broker if none exists for MS SCSM. I'd check the "Market" section.

 

If none exists, you can create a service broker for just about anything.  The documentation on that is found below.
