I am looking to create a simple workflow that can be triggered by a checkbox on a list item. I want the workflow to duplicate the list item into the same list it was created in with a different ID #. I have tried to configure the duplicate item action but I'm not 100% sure how to fill it out and what other actions need to be in the workflow as well.
Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

The "Copy item" action will make a 100% copy of the item. When in the same list you don't have to worry about matching columns or anything.
In our case the "Title" is immidiately changed to a match the list item ID.
Create a column with a checkbox and have the workflow start conditionally on this.
