i was installed K2 blackpearl 4.6.8 but when i try to registry my K2 apps using the RUNTIME url i get.
| The K2 URL is not valid. |

Have you tried using either the FQDN of the server, or it's actual IP address on the network?

yes i try both IP @ and FQDN of machine but i get the same message and in the event i fitch for error and i get this : "8060 ProcessPacket Error, Primary Credentials Not Authenticated"

I found a KB referencing that error message, but I'm not sure if it applies in your situation. What are we using for authentication?
