How to get the task approver name

In a parallel approval task, how do I get the name of the person who approved the task?

There is a Last Task Respondent Display Name. I guess you would have to set that at the end of each parallel branch.

In the Approved branch of each task. Give them different variable names.

Thanks for the fast reply!

I'm using Nintex for SharePoint Online; not sure if that makes a difference.  I'm not seeing this item. Looked under:

  • Item Properties
  • Workflow Context
  • Workflow Variables...

Perhaps, I'm not looking in the right place. Can you tell me where to find

When you use the action 'Set Variable'....you can click on 'References'. There you will see the Common tab.

On the Office 365 version you can get the "Approver Comments" item property and then extract the Approver with a regular expression.

Yes, it appears this is a limitation of the Office 365 version, "Last Task Respondent Display Name" simply doesn't exist.

That's a shame. 2010 displays it and what is supposed to be better it does not.

If I read the the Approver Comments" item property it always empty I'm using Nintex on Office365 and lazy approval. Any ideas how to get the approvers name?
