Symptoms
Every now and then, the K2Server will crash for no apparent reason.
Diagnoses
After looking at the log files, it appears as if we are hitting a "known issue" on "older builds". We call the "ViewProcessInstance" method when a user looks at viewflow. If that user does not have sufficient rights to do so, the server will crash every now and then.
Resolution
We routed the ticket to the LABS support team and requested that they retro-fix a fix for us on the client's build. After applying the fix, the server ran for about 2 weeks without crashing.
