I am using a Multi line Text field (in sharepoint 2013 on-prem) to display the log/approval status audit log in my workflow. I have enabled the appending option in list settings so that the field will show all the approvals in the workflow run. The workflow on the list runs when a new item is created. I am using nintex form on the list.
Issue: The Approval status is showing all the log details from all the different runs on the workflow. In the completed workflow's Approval status, I can see the details from current workflow item. It should show the Approval status details of the current item and not all the items of the list.
I have used Multi line text as audit log field for my other workflows and it works just fine. Not sure what is different for this workflow. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
