i have installed all of k2 components and installed k2 for sharepoint. when i want to add the app to the site, i get the below error

Hi,
Have you done with APP registration.
Have you checked with SharePoint logs for corelation for error details.

was intallation successfull ? could you please check that . if installation was successfull then can you please create a new listlibrary and try to run apps again . somwething is there innterally with user so not able to create . please check and see .
